You are really taking advantage of the system and why it was designed.

Using hydrogen peroxide in the system instead of water will further aerate the sites between the teeth and along the gum line.

It will add to the disinfecting and changing of the environment so the anaerobic species of bacteria will have a harder time multiplying.

And as a bonus, it will get teeth even whiter by intrinsically bleaching, similar to professional whitening.
